Hi Nakamas!! The future Pirate King has arrived, and I’m very excited to show you this project I’ve been working on over the past few weeks. Based on the amazing art and concept by @ovrtmoon and inspired by Monkey D. Luffy from the manga and anime One Piece.

This project is very special to me, as it’s the result of an incredible 3D character mentorship I took with the great @charlesellison_art an amazing mentor and person from whom I learned so much and whom I admire even more. It was a great experience learning from him and everything he shared with my classmates and me.

I also chose this concept for the mentorship because Luffy means a lot to me. Among many things, he represents fighting to achieve your dreams no matter what and what better than helping others achieve theirs along the way.
